Greetings, and welcome to Twin Circles ~ the Twin Cities Minnesota (MN) community for Sacred Circle Dance gatherings.

• Reclaim dancing as part of community life.

• Explore many cultures.

• Enjoy simple, low-impact dances from around the world that invite us into contemplation and raucous celebration.

We are a volunteer and social community of cultural creatives who meet every second Sunday in Minneapolis' 38th Street Kingfield neighborhood to dance for heart connection, healing, and to stream peace and love into the world.

The dances can be learned quite easily and are accessible to even the "non-dancer". How they feel energetically and the social interaction they call forth is more important than "How am I doing?" or "How do I look?" Various combinations of traditional and new steps and music come together to form an eclectic blend and a lot of fun, often with the benefit of a light workout!
